English: To register on Magimatrimony, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years for females and 21 years for males). You must also be legally competent to enter into a matrimonial alliance.

தமிழ்: இந்த தளத்தில் பதிவு செய்ய, இந்திய சட்டத்தின்படி சட்டப்பூர்வ திருமண வயதை அடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும் (பெண்களுக்கு 18 வயது, ஆண்களுக்கு 21 வயது). நீங்கள் சட்டப்பூர்வமாக திருமணம் செய்ய தகுதியுடையவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

English: You are responsible for the content you submit. All details, including age, education, income, and marital status, must be strictly true and accurate. Submitting false information will lead to immediate permanent ban. Please note: Providing information is our job, verifying it thoroughly before marriage is your responsibility.

தமிழ்: நீங்கள் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் தகவல்களுக்கு நீங்களே பொறுப்பு. தவறான தகவல்களை அளித்தால் கணக்கு நிரந்தரமாக முடக்கப்படும். முக்கிய குறிப்பு: தகவல் தருவது எங்கள் பணி, தீர விசாரிப்பது உங்கள் பணி. திருமணத்திற்கு முன் வரனின் பின்னணியை நன்கு விசாரிப்பது உங்கள் பொறுப்பாகும்.

English: You must treat all members with respect. Harassment, abusive language, demanding money, or using the platform for dating/casual relationships instead of serious matrimony is strictly prohibited.

தமிழ்: அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களையும் மரியாதையுடன் நடத்த வேண்டும். துன்புறுத்தல், தவறான வார்த்தைகளைப் பயன்படுத்துதல், பணம் கேட்பது அல்லது இந்த தளத்தை திருமணத்திற்கு பதிலாக டேட்டிங் (Dating) போன்றவற்றுக்கு பயன்படுத்துவது கண்டிப்பாக தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

English: Premium membership fees are non-refundable. Paid plans allow you to view contact numbers according to your plan's limits. Subscription sharing is not allowed.

தமிழ்: பிரீமியம் கட்டணங்கள் (Membership Fees) திரும்பப் பெறப்பட மாட்டாது. கட்டணத் திட்டங்கள் மூலம் உங்கள் திட்டத்தின் வரம்புக்கு ஏற்ப மற்றவர்களின் தொடர்பு எண்களைப் பார்க்கலாம். சந்தாவை மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிர்வது அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.

தமிழ்: இந்தத் தளத்தில் உள்ள சின்னங்கள் (Logos), வடிவமைப்புகள் மற்றும் எழுத்துக்கள் அனைத்தும் Magimatrimony-க்கு சொந்தமானவை. எங்கள் முன் அனுமதி இல்லாமல் இவற்றை நகலெடுப்பதோ அல்லது பயன்படுத்துவதோ கண்டிப்பாக தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

English: Magimatrimony acts only as an intermediary platform for matchmaking. We do not guarantee the authenticity of every profile. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising out of interactions between members.

தமிழ்: Magimatrimony ஒரு திருமண தகவல் தொடர்பு தளமாக மட்டுமே செயல்படுகிறது. அனைத்து சுயவிவரங்களின் நம்பகத்தன்மைக்கும் நாங்கள் உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்க மாட்டோம். உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு இடையிலான எவ்விதப் பிரச்சனைகளுக்கோ அல்லது இழப்புகளுக்கோ நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல.

English: Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
